Ingredients
- Dark Chocolate 50-54% 130 g
- Unsalted Butter 285 g
- Sugar 200 g
- Light soft brown sugar 150 g
- Whole Eggs 3
- Plain flour 150 g
- Coco powder 30 g
Directions
- Preheat oven at 175 C. Grease and line 8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
- Fill a small saucepan about a quarter full with hot water, then sit a bowl on top so it rests on the rim of the pan, not touching the water.
- Add in chocolate and butter put over a low heat until the butter and chocolate have melted, stirring occasionally to mix them.
- Remove the bowl from heat.
- Whisk in caster sugar then add light brown soft sugar and whisk with hand for 1-2 minutes.
- Add in eggs 1 by 1 and whisk by hand.
- Now sieve flour and coco powder on it and fold with spatula until mix nicely.
- Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes.
- Let it cool completely before cutting.
